Rev. Dolphin is the pastor of St. Francis African Methodist Episcopal Zion (AMEZ) church in Mount Kisco, New York. She is firstly a woman of God, who embraces and operates by the move of the Holy Spirit through faith. She is married to Bro. Issiah Dolphin and they share a blended family of 5 children and 5n grandchildren.
In addition to her role of pastor, mother, wife, counselor, and author, Rev. Dolphin works with women as a transformational leadership coach, helping them to unleash their God-given purpose. She works one to one and in large
groups, coaching, and training women to pursue and develop their God-given gifts and talents.
Rev. Dolphin is a certified professional coach, licensed clinical counselor, Arno Profile System (APS) Assessor: practitioner of the Creation Therapy temperament assessment tool. She is a Soul Care Practitioner.
Rev. Dolphin’s signature workshops are as follows: Mind, Body, and Soul, Letting Go, (Forgiving yourself and others, Understanding Yourself by understanding your temperament needs.) As well as, facilitating ongoing Women’s Focus Group: A discussion on life’s issues that allows the
participant to Take Control. She is also a Trauma Healing Facilitator, trained by the American Bible Society.
Rev. Dolphin is the founder of Guided Steps Services, LLC, coaching, consulting business, where she helps women in personal and professional development. She is also a speaker, preacher, and author of:
Open Heart Prayers and Journal. The Power of God Daily Devotional 2017, Open Heart Prayers for Troubling Time, and Open Heart Prayer For Troubling Times (CD).
Prior to starting her own company, Rev. Dolphin worked as a nursing director, leading the way in care management, with over 100 staffers, and managing a 10,000 patient population. As an NYS Registered
Nurse (RN), (a field she values and a profession that has blessed her,) Rev. Dolphin continues to share the joys of nursing encourage others to join the field.
